A damage deposit will be required in all our properties. This will either be in the form of credit card details* or an amount** depending on the property.
* Your card will only be charged if you cause damage to the property.
** The damage deposit will be refunded on satisfactory check out up to 14 days after departure

Check-out by 10:00
A non-refundable % deposit will be due immediately to secure the booking.
Balance payment is due weeks before your holiday.
Should you book within weeks of your holiday, full balance payment will be due.

Bank transfer payments in GBP or EUROS
N.B. Payment for extras and damage deposits can only be made by bank transfer.
